etc. But the cooling media is Water. The water blown indirectly to hot gases means
the outer surfaces of the Tubes. Generally the shape of Cooler is Cylindrical, incorporating
a lot of Buffle plates. Water pump with water tank are required.

Electric Arc Furnace, AOD Converter, Steel Melting, Rolling mill etc

WATER TO AIR COOLER

It’s Impeller may be made by Aluminum Casted or Mild steel or Stainless steel or
by other Ferrous Metal. The Casing shall be made in Tubular or Squire Structure
or by netting.
The necessary test are done in an enclosure for it’s vibration, noise, Balancing,
pressure & volume check.
To cool the hot air or gas in en-route. It may be water jacket type, or may be tube
enclosure type or may be buffle type. General Application Industry - AOD or LD Converter
